水煮荷包蛋 簡單竅門

水煮荷包蛋詳細做法

1. 大火燒滾水後，熄火。打開鍋蓋放涼，等待氣泡完全消失。

2. 準備一個小碟子，加入一湯匙的水、一個雞蛋。

3. 將雞蛋貼近鍋中水面，慢慢倒入水中。

4. 在水靜止的狀態下倒入雞蛋，蛋白才不會散開。蓋上鍋蓋悶3分鐘。

5. 用水的餘溫慢慢讓蛋白定型，蛋黃約在七、八分熟。

1.大潭藻礁有19種世界新種，也是一級保育類的柴山多杯孔珊瑚的最大棲地。
2.大潭腹地狹小、儲量有限，不利天然氣穩定供應。
3.大潭風浪過大，若供氣不順將不利減煤，造成溫室效應。
4.大潭周邊緊鄰工業區，若發生事故恐波及周邊工廠，造成嚴重影響。
反方/不同意：
1.第三天然氣接收站站址為桃園觀塘工業區港，可就近供氣給大潭電廠，達成111年供氣目標，為能源轉型政策之關鍵基礎設施。
2.中油公司保留觀塘自然海岸，並對大潭藻礁生態系進行環境維護及生態監測，善盡企業社會責任。
3.第三接收站採用迴避替代修正方案，僅使用既有填地興建接收站所需儲槽等設施，並未新增任何填區，對觀塘潮間帶保留現況不予開發，不影響藻礁生態。

 另外，根據《公投法》第29條規定，只需有效同意票達投票權人總額四分之一，且有效同意票超過不同意票，就算公投通過。以2018年的公投綁大選為例，據中選會估算，總投票人數約1980萬，代表有效同意票要達到495萬票以上，才算通過。
